The easiest
way to order is to click the 'add to basket' button on a

online with your credit/debit card. We will email an order
acknowledgement to you. The process is completely secure and
your order will be dealt with promptly.

For all new customers we require a credit/debit card
/cheque/bacs payment except for local authorities, councils,
schools, universities and other public sector institutions. Just

TERMS
& CONDITIONS
DELIVERIES
Orders are normally despatched within 24 hours of receipt by a
national carrier. Pole & Panel displays can take around a week
as they are made to order.
Should you
require a specific delivery date, a Saturday delivery, a morning
delivery or delivery to an UK offshore island please contact us
for a price.
Most items
will be with you in 2-4 working days from receipt of order. Note
we do not export these goods.
The carriers
require a signature and will not leave the goods without.
Goods will be delivered during the working day Monday to Friday
between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm.
It is
important to check the goods straight away and report any damage.
Discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours. We
cannot be held responsible if a delivery is signed for in good
condition only to have it reported later as damaged in transit.
You may prefer to sign for it as 'unchecked'.
PRICES
Our prices do not include delivery. For most products the first
item is priced at £10.00 and the second an extra £5.00. The
maximum you pay for any quantity is £15.00.
For certain pavement signs, because of the weight and bulk size,
extra charges apply. VAT is extra on all prices. Please call for
UK offshore prices. We do not export these goods.
RETURNS
Returns are
costly if you change your mind...
Please ensure you are ordering the correct size of product as
you are obliged to return the goods, unused and in original
packaging, at your own expense via insured courier. A restocking
/ administration charge of 20% of the total value of the goods
will be charged.
In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty in manufacture
we will arrange collection and upon inspection and at our
discretion arrange a credit or an alternative product. This is
very unusual. Please call us to discuss as we can usually
sort any problems out over the telephone.
SECURITY
Your credit card details are not kept on file and your email
address is not passed to any third party. Any other
correspondence is kept strictly confidential. Our shopping cart
is secure and operated by Protx, a well respected company.
You can be
sure of complete security when you deal with us.
GENERAL
We assume you will determine the suitability of the product
ordered and accept any liability for loss or damage etc.
Goods remain the property of Graphic Pavement Signs Ltd until
paid for in full.
WARRANTY
The goods will be free from defects and component failure caused
by faulty manufacture for a period of twelve months from date of
purchase.
