DELIVERIES
95% of our products
are held in stock and estimated delivery is within two working days by a
national carrier. Many orders will be delivered the next working day if ordered
before midday. Scottish highlands and Northern Ireland may take an extra day or
so and products larger than A1 in size will require and additional delivery cost
(we will contact you for the extra payment). Pole & panel displays
are made to order in around a week. Please note VAT is also
charged on deliveries.
Should you require a specific delivery date, a Saturday
delivery, a morning delivery or delivery to a UK offshore island,
Ireland and Northern Ireland please contact us for a price. Note we
do not export these goods.
The carriers
require a signature and will not leave the goods without.
Goods will be delivered during the working day Monday to Friday
between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm.
It is
important to check the goods straight away and report any damage
- even if you do not intend to use the goods straight away.
Discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours or we will
be unable to undertake any returns. We
cannot be held responsible if a delivery is signed for in good
condition subsequently to have it reported later as damaged in transit.
You may prefer to sign for it as 'unchecked'.
We cannot be held responsible for non/late deliveries caused by
circumstances outside our control. We would like to think that
you are allowing extra time when working to tight deadlines as
occasionally things can go wrong with deliveries.
DELIVERY
COSTS
Our prices do not include delivery. For most products the first
item is priced at £10.00 and the second an extra £5.00. The
maximum you pay for any quantity is £15.00.
For certain products, because of the weight and bulk size,
extra charges apply. VAT is extra on all prices.
RETURNS
Returns are
costly if you change your mind...
Please ensure you are ordering the correct product and size of
product as you are obliged to return the goods, unused and in
original packaging, at your own expense via insured courier. A
restocking / administration charge of 20% of the total value of
the goods will be charged. In the unlikely event that the goods
are faulty in manufacture we will arrange collection and upon
inspection and at our discretion arrange a credit or an
alternative product. This is very unusual.
Please note
that as this is a Business-to-Business website (which includes
parish councils, churches etc) it is not governed by normal
distance selling regulations for the consumer or private buyer.
There is no automatic right to a seven day exchange of product
or refund. We will try and help where we can but the managers
decision is final.
The made-to-order pole and panel, fabric banner stands and pop-up displays cannot be
returned.
SECURITY
Your credit card details are not kept on file and your email
address is not passed to any third party. Any other
correspondence is kept strictly confidential. Our shopping cart
is secure and operated by Sage Pay, a well respected company.
You can be
sure of complete security when you deal with us.
GENERAL
We assume you will determine the suitability of the product
ordered and accept any liability for loss or damage etc.
Goods remain the property of Graphic Pavement Signs Ltd until
paid for in full.
WARRANTY
The goods will be free from defects and component failure caused
by faulty manufacture for a period of twelve months from date of
purchase.
