Please ensure you are ordering the correct product and size of product.

As this is a Business-to-Business website (which includes parish councils, churches etc) it is not governed by normal distance selling regulations for the consumer or private buyer. There is no automatic right to a seven day exchange of product or refund. We will try and help where we can but the managers decision is final.

In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty in manufacture we will arrange collection and upon inspection and at our discretion arrange a credit or an alternative product. This is very unusual.

By making payment through our online facility you are legally bound by these terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected - i.e. that the description fits the goods, they are of satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose. (Note, we strive only to offer quality tried and tested products and supply the most informative product descriptions).

WARRANTY
